Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Business Development within our Major Accounts Services organization. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and growing strategic distribution channels, expanding market reach, and creating new revenue opportunities through multi‑channel strategies.

You will own the full partner lifecycle—from partner identification and due diligence to contract negotiations, enablement, and go‑to‑market planning—collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days minimum in the local office and 2 days at home.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, channel development, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading sales operations and go-to-market functions.
• Proven ability to design and develop business cases for major investments and partnerships.
• Experience negotiating with C-level executives and leading complex commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new distribution channels that expand market coverage and enter adjacent markets.
• Develop and execute a multi-channel business development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases including market potential, commercial value, and investment requirements.
• Lead end-to-end strategic partnership lifecycle from identification to growth and governance.
