This role serves as a key liaison for internal teams and external committee members, ensuring meetings are well-organized, materials prepared in advance, and outcomes documented and tracked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years in policy, government, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for external audiences.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing stakeholder relationships is strongly preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to track multiple action items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate committee management, including scheduling, agendas, and material prep.
• Draft and distribute meeting materials, briefs, and summaries; track action items.
• Support policy research, issue briefs, and internal documents.
• Prepare presentations and testimony under senior staff direction.
• Develop trackers to monitor projects and committee workflows; ensure version control.
