Job summary

The NYSE Institute, part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., seeks a policy-focused professional to support research, writing, and operational follow-through for NYSE-listed companies. You will independently analyze regulatory activity and prepare concise summaries for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in policy, regulatory, communications, or professional services.
• Experience at regulator, congressional office, trade association, or similar preferred.
• Familiarity with SEC rulemaking and public company governance preferred.
• Excellent writing for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze SEC rulemakings and relevant regulatory activity.
• Synthesize information into clear, timely summaries for internal and external audiences.
• Serve as SME on federal financial regulation and legislative processes.
• Lead drafting and editing of external-facing documents.
• Manage production of recurring written products summarizing issuer feedback.
• Coordinate issuer outreach programs and cultivate relationships.
• Track issuer feedback to identify trends for strategy.
• Prepare briefing materials for Director and senior leadership.
• Assist with coordinating NYSE Institute roundtables and advisory board meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
