Job summary

Capital Group in New York seeks an Executive Office Senior Analyst to support the Management Committee members, shaping strategy around preparation for and execution of external and internal engagements.

They will aid in the establishment of global routines, identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, and help in day-to-day meeting prep and follow-ups, leveraging technology to drive productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills - written and verbal - with a strength in synthesizing information and developing polished briefing memos, leadership correspondence with clients and more.
  • You embrace a strategic mindset with the ability to connect themes across the enterprise.
  • You have the ability to continuously improve and optimize work process.
  • You have the ability to operate with independence and self-motivation.
  • You demonstrate superior organizational and planning skills with meticulous work product and the ability to keep track of multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and are results oriented.
  • You have the ability to engage and balance a diverse set of stakeholders and create a collaborative and approachable environment, especially when working across departments globally or with time sensitivity.
  • You have able to nimbly adapt to change and demonstrate a high degree of agility and flexibility when balancing time sensitive priorities.
  • You apply strong judgment and proper discretion when handling highly sensitive information.
  • You have highly technical markets writing experience and will support the creation of markets talking points.
  • You have a minimum of 3-years of experience in financial services (within an Executive Office is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Office and Management Committee members with strategic initiatives.
  • Help shape strategy around preparation for and execution of external and internal engagements.
  • Aid in establishing global routines, identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes.
  • Assist day-to-day meeting prep and follow-ups, leveraging technology to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global internal cross-functional teams to create project timelines for strategic initiatives.
