Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Account Executive, POC, to drive growth and retention across healthcare systems in a field-based role. You will own key accounts, deliver tailored Point of Care solutions, and build long-term partnerships with decision-makers.

You will develop account plans, lead business reviews, and present compelling technical and financial value to customers, with a compensation package including a target annual variable incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical diagnostic sales, hospital purchasing, or complex sales.
• Proven success in solution selling for new business acquisition and install base revenue expansion.
• Experience with Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, or Solution Selling methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.
• Must reside in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and execution of solutions.
• Own the account with deep understanding of offerings and competitive positioning, delivering tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans using market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Maintain pipeline, conduct regular business reviews, and expand the POC portfolio.
