Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Account Executive for Critical Care (GA) to drive growth and nurture strategic partnerships across healthcare systems in the assigned territory. You will lead opportunity development, deliver compelling presentations, and optimize workflows with cross-functional teams to expand the Point of Care footprint.

The role requires field-based leadership, strong communication, and a track record in complex healthcare sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant sales experience in healthcare or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of clinical diagnostic sales or complex sales within hospital systems.
Demonstrated success in solution selling for new business acquisition and revenue expansion.
Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN).
Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel and reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts and own the strategic plan.
Identify and develop new customer opportunities within the territory and manage the funnel.
Deliver technical and financial presentations showcasing the Value of Point of Care portfolio.
Carry out workflow analyses to uncover inefficiencies and tailor solutions.
Maintain CRM records, forecast, and participate in account planning with compliance.
