Job summary

Siemens Healthineers invites an Account Executive, POC, to lead field-based commercial growth, owning assigned accounts and delivering tailored solutions. You will drive new business, manage opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across healthcare systems.

Responsibilities include account strategy, regular business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize clinical workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, hospital purchasing organizations, or complex sales.
Proven success in solution selling for new business acquisition and install base revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Strategic Leadership: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts and own the strategy.
New Business Development & Opportunity Management: Identify and convert new opportunities to expand the POC portfolio.
Consultative Selling & Workflow Optimization: Analyze workflows to address clinical/operational needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across healthcare systems.
Sales Forecasting, Reporting & Compliance: Maintain CRM records, forecast, and participate in business reviews.
