Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Account Executive, POC, in the United States to own and grow key accounts in the Point of Care portfolio. You will act as the quarterback for customer needs, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships with decision-makers across healthcare systems.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will identify opportunities, conduct business reviews, and lead strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of sales experience in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical diagnostic sales or hospital purchasing experience.
• Proven success in solution selling for new business and revenue expansion.
• Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Must reside in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans and strategic reviews.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within the territory.
• Present technical and financial value of Point of Care portfolio.
• Lead workflow optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast, and ensure compliance.
