Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Regional Care Point of Care Account Executive to lead field-based sales across physician offices, clinics, and non-acute settings. You will own accounts, build strategic plans, and collaborate with distributors to expand the Point of Care footprint.

The role emphasizes value-based solutions and shaping the customer journey. Expect to manage opportunities, drive growth, and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers while meeting compliance and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven success in new business acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention.
• Experience working with healthcare distribution partners and indirect sales channels.
• Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts and drive strategic account plans.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to expand territory penetration.
• Develop and convert new customer opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct workflow assessments and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers to ensure retention and growth.
• Forecast, report, and ensure compliance through CRM tools.
