Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a PMO Supply Chain Lead to coordinate material planning, supplier activities, PO transfers and inventory for product transfer projects at our Miramar, FL site.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Engineering and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery aligned with milestones. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing and planning, plus ERP/MRP experience in aerospace, strong Excel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing and planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in aerospace environments.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop transfer plan for all supply chain activities including supplier onboarding, PO transfers, inventory management and provisioning (SIOP).
• Support supplier onboarding and ensure timely completion within project timeline.
• Identify and document supplier risks and escalations early.
• Raise and monitor purchase orders to support project requirements.
• Lead inventory transfer activities and ensure material availability for builds.
• Maintain planning data and material requirements in ERP systems.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on late orders.
• Maintain project supply chain records, reports and documentation.
• Lead discussions around material balances and clear-to-build statuses for transfers.
