Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. in Miramar, FL is seeking a Procurement Director to lead end-to-end material flow for a high-demand MRO operation.

You will drive planning, procurement, warehouse, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with FAA and AS9110 requirements. Key responsibilities include translating backlog into executable production plans, expanding supplier collaboration, and developing leadership within the Supply Chain, Planning and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; aerospace experience preferred.
• MBA or APICS/CSCP/CPSM lean certs are a plus.
• Experience with FAA 14 CFR Part 145 and AS9110 is preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain/procurement with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain organization including sourcing and procurement.
• Own material and production planning translating backlog into plans.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Build and maintain a Clear-to-Build process for materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to remove constraints.
