Ontic in Miramar, FL, seeks a Procurement Director to lead end-to-end supply chain for its MRO operations. You will own material planning, purchasing, warehouse, and supplier performance, ensuring material availability, on-time shipments and compliance with FAA 14 CFR Part 145 and AS9110.

The role requires a bachelor's in supply chain or related field, MBA or CPIM/CSCP preferred, and 10+ years in aerospace with strong leadership and ERP/MRP experience (Syteline desirable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/related field required.
• MBA or APICS/ASCM: CPIM/CSCP, CPSM, or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain/procurement/planning/operations with leadership.
• Aerospace/MRO experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading Purchasing, Planning, Materials, Warehouse, Shipping.

Responsabilités

• Lead Supply Chain org including sourcing, procurement and supplier management.
• Own Material and Production Planning translating backlog into executable plans.
• Oversee Warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Develop Clear-to-Build processes for repair orders.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance to remove constraints.
• Provide leadership visibility via ERP dashboards and KPI reviews.
• Coach and develop Supply Chain and Warehouse leaders.
