Ontic in Miramar, FL is hiring an MRO Material Planner to join our on-site team. You will plan and manage materials for production, coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure on-time part availability.

The role requires 2+ years in materials planning, MRP knowledge, and ERP proficiency. Aerospace industry experience is preferred, reflecting our fast-growing MRO operations in North America.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of materials planning experience including multi-level bills, MRP supply and demand, lead-time, and safety stock.
• Preferred ERP/MRP systems proficiency.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage materials for production.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement or transfer of materials as needed.
• Release work orders to the shop floor in collaboration with production planner.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of parts.
• Track backorders, expedite urgent materials and resolve supply chain issues.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to manage material data and planning forecast.
