Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. in Chatsworth, CA, is seeking a Planner – PMO to provide analytical support, ensure license projects are planned and governed, and communicate status to customers and licensors.

The role works with PMO, Supply Chain, IPTs, and Finance to deliver Line of Balance (LOB) visibility, ERP governance, and timely project execution. 3–5+ years in aerospace or regulated manufacturing, Excel skills, and ERP experience required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations/planning/analyst roles in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with license transitions, manufacturing cutovers, or supplier onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical support for product line transitions and license projects.
• Develop and analyze Line of Balance (LOB) reporting for project visibility.
• Interface with customers and licensors to communicate status, risks, and priorities.
• Support on-site licensor sessions to develop manufacturing cutover plans.
• Coordinate ERP planning activities, data readiness, and sequencing per PMO processes.
• Provide CTB visibility with IPTs and stockroom; ensure kitting readiness.
• Deliver MRP demand loading alignment with project priorities.
• Present Excel-based dashboards for SIOP and PMO reviews.
• Identify opportunities for ERP/workflow improvements and governance.
