Job summary

WiredPeople is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level II) to join its PMO in Oklahoma City. You will lead mid to large-scale agency initiatives across full lifecycles, driving efficiency, resource optimization, and process improvements aligned with regulatory commitments.

The role blends traditional project management with Lean Six Sigma disciplines. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and executives, delivering on time and within scope while applying Waterfall, Agile,

Qualifications

, five or more years of formal project management experience managing complex initiatives through complete lifecycles.
Minimum classification of Level II Project Manager.
Proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid frameworks and PMBOK alignment.
Advanced MS Project, Office and collaboration tools usage.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate, and manage medium to extra-large projects from initiation to closure.
Develop and maintain project deliverables: charters, WBS, scope baselines, schedules, RAID logs, budgets.
Lead process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methods.
Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and third-party relationships.
Communicate status, KPIs, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
