Job summary

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Level II to support a Project Management Office (PMO) in Oklahoma City, OK.

The PM will lead complex projects from initiation through closure, applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role offers a hybrid work model with 3 onsite days weekly, a 40-hour workweek, and a focus on process improvement and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal project management experience.
• Experience managing medium to highly complex projects from initiation through closure.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and PMO tracking.
• Understanding of PMI PMBOK standards and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to highly complex projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Prepare project status reports, performance metrics, and PMO dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Implement change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and project deliverables.
• Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making processes.
