SoftSages Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level II+) for a 12-month contract in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, managing scope, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, and knowledge of PMBOK standards and MS Project.

Competenze

• 5+ years of formal Project Management experience.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK standards and MS Project.
• Experience in Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• State government, regulatory, public health, or service-related industry experience is preferred.
• PMP, LSSBB, or CSM certification preferred.
• Graduate degree in Project Management, MBA, MPH, or a related field preferred.

• Lead projects through the complete project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Develop project plans, status reports, and PMO performance metrics.
