HonorVet Technologies in Oklahoma City is seeking a Level II Project Manager to support a PMO on medium to large initiatives. You will plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, aligning with schedules and budgets while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 5+ years of formal project management, proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in formal Project Management.
• Experience across full project lifecycle and PMO.
• Proficient with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with PMI PMBOK guidance.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating internal/external stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with core technology implementations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain plans, schedules, budgets, objectives and deliverables.
• Control scope, risks, issues, resources, dependencies, and changes.
• Coordinate teams, vendors, stakeholders and SMEs.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress and risks.
• Track performance and maintain PMO dashboards.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches as appropriate.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and planning sessions.
