Job summary

You will manage medium to large-scale efforts, leverage Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods, and maintain clear stakeholder communications while aligning with the agency’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid PM methodologies.
• Familiarity with PMI PMBOK standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle activities, coordinating resources and project teams.
• Perform standard PM deliverables including scope, change management, risk mitigation, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and vendor engagement.
• Develop and manage project status reports for PMO dashboard and stakeholders.
• Implement change management practices per agency/PMO guidance.
• Forecast and secure resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure activities and deliverables adhere to guidelines.
• Facilitate and manage contract processes from initiation to closure.
• Perform gap/root-cause analyses and recommend improvements.
• Lead group facilitation activities across agency interactions.
