Parts Town LLC is seeking a Strategy & PMO Senior Manager, International Expansion to own cross-functional programs that enter and scale new markets. You will translate expansion priorities into executable plans, align teams, manage risks, and deliver measurable value for the business.

You will lead a portfolio spanning IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, driving structured problem solving and executive-ready status reporting for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading strategic, customer-facing, or operational programs.
• Experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy/PMO preferred.
• Structured problem solving and analytical rigor.
• Strong communication across senior to frontline levels.
• Ability to craft clear, data-driven presentations and slides.

Responsabilités

• Define expansion priorities across international markets and align interdependencies.
• Build business cases with NPV, ROI, and payback analyses.
• Analyze data to derive strategic implications and actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-ready presentations communicating results and decisions.
• Translate directions into clear workflows, ownership, and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional programs across IT, eCommerce, Finance, Talent, Ops, Marketing, Sales and Legal.
• Develop integrated program plans, governance, milestones and status reporting.
• Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams by surfacing risks and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to resolve tradeoffs and enable decisions.
• Manage programs like market entry, operating model design, and capability buildout.
