Job summary

PMI seeks a Manager in Strategy & Business Planning to formulate and lead strategic initiatives that drive growth. You will develop and implement breakthrough business models and coordinate with regional and central teams to align plans with corporate goals.

You will focus on business planning, regional support, and competitive/market intelligence, and may support M&A, JVs, and strategic partnerships. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a strategic role (corporate strategy, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking).
• Experience with international business development and working with global teams.
• Ability to design implementation plans to drive execution.
• Experience handling confidential materials with discretion.
• International experience with cultural sensitivity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Formulates, leads, and achieves impact of strategy approaches to support future direction and growth.
• Drives growth by developing and implementing strategies for breakthrough business models and innovation.
• Partner extensively with regions and central functions to align planning, growth, and market intelligence.
• Support and/or lead corporate development activities (M&A, JV, strategic partnerships) as needed.
