Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our PMO in Hartford. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate internal and external partners, and drive projects from planning to delivery.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt plans to evolving business priorities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PMO settings, experience with software implementations, and a track record of delivering value through disciplined project

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in a PMO or multi-department setting.
Experience leading software or system implementations with external vendors.
Experience with business integrations, operational transitions, or process changes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build short- and long-term project plans with milestones, owners, and deadlines.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor/partner relationships to meet timelines.
Facilitate recurring project meetings and produce status updates and executive summaries.
Support intake, discovery, and development of business cases for new projects.
Carefully document lessons learned and ensure smooth handoffs to operations.
