On-Board PMO in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. You will oversee multiple related projects, align stakeholders, manage timelines and resources, and ensure delivery of business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-8+ years of program management, project management, or operations leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and external partners.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Track KPIs, metrics, and outcomes to measure program success.
• Manage dependencies across projects and align priorities with organizational goals.
• Support change management and communication efforts during program rollouts.
• Drive process improvements and help ensure programs remain aligned with strategic business objectives.
