Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects or PMO work.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong business and financial acumen; budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business cases.
• Experience in facilities management, data centers, or similar environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and PM tools.
• Willingness to travel periodically to locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects supporting growth, data center readiness, and operating model evolution.
• Manage portfolio intake, prioritization, sequencing, risks, and resource planning.
• Create charters, workplans, milestones, risk logs, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate across operations, finance, solutions, HR, procurement, and partners.
• Translate objectives into practical plans with owners, dates, and metrics.
• Prepare concise updates for senior leaders highlighting progress and risks.
• Establish PMO standards, templates, and governance routines for the hub.
• Track financial, operational, and implementation assumptions for initiatives.
• Identify barriers, drive resolution, and maintain momentum across teams.
• Support post-launch reviews and capture lessons learned for playbooks.
• Maintain portfolio system and executive dashboards as the authoritative source.
