Job summary

Thresholds-Inc. in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Manager for the Facilities Project Management Office (PMO) to lead capital improvements, renovations, and infrastructure projects across the organization.

You will drive governance, program reporting, and project delivery with focus on safety and alignment to strategic goals. You will supervise PMO staff, collaborate with leadership, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to optimize resources and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in facilities, construction, or capital project management.
• Experience supervising and developing professional staff and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Facilities Project Management Office and oversees capital renovation, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Develops and implements project management practices to support growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Aligns projects with budgets, schedules, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Provides governance, reporting, and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Mentors staff and promotes collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
• Oversees safety, regulatory compliance, and vendor performance within projects.
