Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in PM/Program management or 14+ years in PM with 4+ years of leadership.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment across senior/executive leadership domains.
• Strategic business focus with a customer-focused perspective and strong decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and end-to-end delivery of complex programs.
• Act as liaison between business and IT, translating objectives into executable programs.
• Oversee budget, schedule, scope, resources, quality, risk and program performance.
• Lead a matrixed team of Program and Project Managers to deliver outcomes.
• Remove obstacles and facilitate timely decisions to ensure value delivery.
