Valley Children’s Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Project Management to lead a high-performing PMO and oversee cross-functional projects to deliver strategic outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Related field (required)
• PMP - PMI (preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt or Above (preferred)
• Minimum three (3) years Related experience (required)
• Minimum two (2) years Management experience (required)
• This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being on site 2-3 days per week or as needed to support operational and team requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing project management team.
• Oversee complex, cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Establish project governance standards and promote PMI methodologies.
• Partner with executive sponsors, department leaders, project teams, and external vendors to define goals, scope, timelines and success metrics.
