Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 10 years experience in project/ program management or 14 years in PM with 4 years leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment across multiple senior leadership domains.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programs.
• Oversee budget, schedule, scope, resources, quality, risk, and program performance.
• Partner with Product Delivery Leaders, IT Product Managers, and executives to translate objectives into executable programs.
• Lead a matrixed team of Program and Project Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Remove obstacles and enable timely decision-making to ensure on-schedule delivery.
