Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a senior project manager to lead large, complex programs, ensuring end-to-end delivery within budget and aligned with strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, dependencies and risks, and communicate with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes across IT initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree with 5 years project management experience OR 7 years project management experience.
Familiarity with PMBOK and large/complex project delivery.
Experience in budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
Strong negotiation, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and meeting facilitation.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex projects or programs with multiple sub-projects.
Ensure end-to-end delivery, cost, schedule and dependency management.
Build knowledge of IT products and domains to enable delivery feasibility checks.
Set and manage customer expectations and escalate issues and changes.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to achieve project objectives in a matrix environment.
Drive deliverables with PMs and product managers, removing barriers and risks.
