Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Sr. Director for Strategic Program Reporting & Executive Delivery Coordination in Denver.

The role supports the Chief Procurement Officer by consolidating information on enterprise procurement initiatives, capital projects, and customer-facing deliverables across global functions. The successful candidate will combine deep data center infrastructure knowledge with strong reporting skills to maintain integrated plans, executive dashboards, and concise narratives

Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-suite executives and developing CEO- and Board-ready progress reporting.
• Experience leading integrated timelines across complex, matrixed programs.
• Strong financial acumen and data-quality discipline.
• Proven ability translate complex information into concise progress-to-plan insights.
• Experience in data center, infrastructure, or capital project environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordination and reporting partner to the Chief Procurement Officer for priority commitments and executive deliverables.
• Maintain integrated milestone plans, deliverable trackers, and action logs across functions.
• Prepare concise CEO, executive leadership, and Board materials clarifying progress and decisions.
• Coordinate reporting cadences for leadership meetings and customer commitments.
• Develop standardized dashboards and executive scorecards showing progress to plan.
