Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in Denver, CO, seeks a Strategic Operations Principal to align strategy with execution across Operational Excellence. The role partners with the VP of OE and leads cross‑functional, cross‑regional initiatives to drive governance, maturity, and performance.

The position requires shaping roadmaps, owning leadership rhythms, and translating priorities into actionable plans, with visibility across senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Ten+ years of progressive experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, enterprise transformation, or equivalent.
• Experience designing operating models, governance cadences, and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and vendor/contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with OE leaders to establish capability/product ownership, governance, and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to advance operational maturity and scalability.
• Own the OE operating rhythm: leadership meetings, updates, and cross-functional forums.
• Translate priorities into actions, timelines, and accountable owners.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, IT, HR and other functions to align plans and investments.
