Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Vice President of Project Controls to lead and develop the company’s project controls program across its Construction Portfolio. This executive will drive scheduling, cost estimating, change management, and reporting, building a scalable framework that integrates with existing practices and supports speed to market.

The role requires 15+ years in project controls with at least 7 years in senior leadership, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify best practices and develop a program best suited to Vantage Construction.
• Architect project control systems and processes integrated with existing practices.
• Lead a team and manage data-driven scheduling, cost estimating, change management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide tools and standardized methodologies.
