Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Strategic Operations Principal, NA based in Denver, CO. This senior individual contributor partners with the VP of Operational Excellence to align strategy with execution, manage priorities across OE capabilities, and drive governance, metrics, and cross‑functional initiatives.

You will oversee financial, workforce, and vendor planning, surface risks, and ensure timely decision making while shaping an operating model that sustains growth and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business/ops field.
• 10+ years in strategy/operations or related roles.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with operating models, governance, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead OE governance and operating rhythm with senior leaders.
• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.
• Prepare executive materials and decision-ready briefs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and vendor engagement.
• Drive cross-functional program management and continuous improvement.
• Develop OE standards, templates, and tools.
