Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to enhance planning, coordination, and execution of construction initiatives. The role collaborates with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure milestones, budgets, quality, and safety targets are met.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of coordination experience, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Travel ~5% may be required as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a construction-related field.
• 2–3+ years of project coordination or construction project support.
• Experience with contract and PO management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction project activities, aligned with goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with informed stakeholders and tracked actions.
• Support project managers in driving execution, identifying risks, and resolving issues to maintain schedule and budget.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders (POs), ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee document control processes, keeping project records accurate and accessible.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external partners on progress and milestones.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and summaries highlighting performance and risks.
• Contribute to process improvements across coordination workflows.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior coordinators or new team members.
