Vantage Data Centers is seeking a highly organized Digital Platforms Senior Manager, North America based on-site in Denver, CO, with 3 days on site and 2 days flexible. The role combines product management, program management, business analysis, and process improvement to translate strategic priorities into scalable outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years of cross-functional leadership, experience in enterprise technology implementations, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in product/program/project management, business analysis, and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated portfolio backlog across Strategy & Transformation initiatives and improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and reviews; track risks and decisions.
• Document current and future-state processes; create playbooks and SOPs.
• Support operational excellence and standardization across the organization.
