Qualifications

• Ability to define and defend long‑range strategic bets using market intelligence and customer insight.
• Experience working with product management teams.
• Demonstrated track record influencing stakeholders across a complex organization.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive reviews.
• Fluent in a range of AI tools and incorporating them into workflow.

Responsibilities

• Define Advanced's multi-year strategy for mid‑market and where Advanced must go to win.
• Sharpen who we win and why by evolving our target and value proposition.
• Shape the roadmap at the strategic level with leadership to prioritize bets.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment between product, sales, and executives.
• Build the business case for the future state and present it to senior audiences.
• Enable the field to sell the vision by translating strategy into a compelling narrative.
