Ursus, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an experienced contract Project Manager to guide strategic initiatives within Global Travel operations, including the Corporate Card program, Travel Desk implementation, and TMC RFP transitions.

This role focuses on delivering milestones, governance, and business outcomes as an independent project resource. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Legal, IT and Travel, develop plans and risk management artifacts, and ensure smooth

Qualifications

10+ years of project or program management delivering complex enterprise initiatives.
Experience leading corporate card, travel, finance operations, or similar cross-functional programs.
Strong governance, risk and execution oversight with senior stakeholders.
Able to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables with tech and business teams.

Responsabilités

Lead planning, coordination, and execution for enhancements/expansion of the corporate card program.
Manage ServiceNow Travel Desk implementation from requirements through deployment.
Coordinate travel management company sourcing and transition activities with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Travel.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; provide status reporting and adoption plans.
