The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, certification such as PMP/PgMP, and a strong background in travel, finance operations, or technology

Hiring: Senior Project Manager - Global Travel Operations

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead several strategic, time-bound initiatives within Global Travel Operations, including Corporate Card, Travel Agency RFP/Transition, and ServiceNow Travel Desk implementation.

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Card program enhancements and expansion
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Travel, IT, Procurement, and external vendors
• Manage ServiceNow Travel Desk implementation from requirements through deployment and stabilization
• Support workflow design, service catalog development, testing, change management, and user readiness
• Manage Travel Management Company (TMC) sourcing/RFP and transition activities
• Develop project plans, risk assessments, status reports, training materials, and adoption strategies
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables through completion
• Provide project governance and senior stakeholder communication
• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Background in corporate card, travel, finance operations, or technology implementations
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and execution skills
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable project deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
• American Express corporate card programs
• Travel Management Company (TMC) sourcing/RFP initiatives
• Concur, Coupa, or ServiceNow
• Reporting/analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• AI-enabled productivity tools for project delivery and process improvement
