Cvent, the world’s largest meetings and events technology company, is seeking a strategic and operationally advanced Manager of Business Operations to optimize our Corporate Travel Program across a 6,000-person global workforce. This is not a maintenance role, but a program-building opportunity to tailor travel spend, policy, and supplier relationships for scale and complexity.

Qualifications

5+ years of corporate travel program management.
Experience designing multi-segment travel strategies.
Experience with client billing, events, or sales travel.
Executive-level policy and travel management programs.
Vendor management including TMCs and hotel program governance.
Experience supporting M&A integrations and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of travel landscape across segments and requirements.
Design and implement strategies for major travel areas and Concur configurations.
Establish policy frameworks and traveler guidance for each segment.
Build a unified view of total travel expenditures and savings opportunities.
Deploy AI-enabled capabilities across the travel program.
Benchmark pricing against market data and verify discounts at point of sale.
Lead platform configuration, policy enforcement, and reporting for Concur.
