Clarivate is seeking a Manager, Travel & Expense Program to lead global T&E, corporate card, and transient travel initiatives. You will drive policy compliance, optimize costs, and enhance the employee experience across processes and suppliers.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, Risk, Audit, Security, and Tax to advance strategic initiatives and ensure strong governance. This hybrid role offers US business hours and a path to leadership in a growing program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7 years of global Travel & Expense (T&E) management experience required.
• Proficiency with travel management software and online booking tools.
• Certifications such as CCTE or CTM are a plus.
• Knowledge of travel risk management protocols and emergency response procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead and optimize global Travel & Expense, corporate card, and transient travel programs.
• Analyze travel, expense, and card spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting.
• Drive process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop and maintain policies, controls, and SOX-compliant procedures.
• Manage relationships with travel management companies, card providers, and vendors.
• Evaluate program performance using reporting and analytics for senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, Risk, Audit, Security, and Tax on strategic initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and staffing plans.
