Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a strategic Manager of Business Operations to overhaul and optimize our Corporate Travel program across a global workforce.

You will design segments, implement policy and Concur configuration, and partner with Finance and offshore teams to reduce costs and enhance traveler experience. You’ll lead a travel team, drive KPI-based improvements, negotiate with hotels and restaurants, and apply AI to automate processes while maintaining strong governance and risk controls across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate travel program management experience and demonstrated ability to design or restructure programs.
• Experience working across multi-segment travel environments with varied strategies and supplier approaches.
• Proven capability to manage remote and offshore teams and connect strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a cohesive travel program strategy across segments (client billing, events, sales, general travel).
• Own platform configuration and policy enforcement for travel tooling, including Concur, with KPI-driven improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and offshore teams to govern risk, cost, and compliance in a global travel program.
• Apply AI to day-to-day operations, automate routine tasks, and measure impact on cycle-time and cost.
• Drive vendor governance, TMC management, and integration efforts during M&A to realize synergies.
