Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions in Monroe, NC is seeking a Project Specialist to support installation projects and manage billing transactions. You will coordinate field planning, schedule technicians, and interact with Installation Managers, Technicians, and the receivables team to ensure accurate billing and timely customer communication.

Ideal candidates bring strong billing knowledge, associate degree or equivalent, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (2 years billing and/or customer service).
• Proven competence and knowledge of general billing procedures.
• Some Project Management is a plus.
• Dispatch Experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle workload.
• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process all billing transactions for new equipment installations.
• Field planning and scheduling coordination for technicians.
• Coordinate with Installation Managers, Technicians, and outside operations.
• Ensure accurate billing with receivables and US branches.
• Enter/update customer and end-user information in systems.
• Prepare billing documents and lien releases.
• Provide daily support to the reporting manager.
