Job summary

Augmentis Group is assisting with the recruitment of a Site Controller for a Fortune 500 manufacturing setting. You will own accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the operation, partnering with operations leadership to drive performance and strategic capital decisions.

The role requires a CPA/CMA or MBA preferred, with a track record in manufacturing finance, complex cost accounting, and ERP systems like Oracle. Strong leadership on a busy shop floor is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit.
• Build forecasts that are accurate and tracked closely, and translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Provide leaders with data and insights ahead of future planning cycles.
• Manage the location performance pay plan.
• Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
