Job summary

Augmentis is assisting in a search for a Controller to lead the site finance organization for a Fortune 500 manufacturing operation in Indiana. You will own all accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the site and partner with operations leadership to improve performance and guide capital decisions.

Reporting to the Plant Manager with strong ties to Business Unit finance, this role requires a CPA/MBA preferred, 5+ years in finance within manufacturing, and a proven ability to manage a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).

Responsibilities

Serve on the site Operations Leadership Team as the finance business partner as strategy is developed and executed.
Identify, analyze, and communicate the key financial and operational drivers of site performance.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit.
Design and monitor internal controls that keep operations on track to the financial plan.
