Job summary

Augmentis Group is partnering with a Fortune 500, NYSE-listed leader in engineered products for aerospace and industrial markets. The site Controller will own all accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the operation, partnering with site leadership to drive performance and capital decisions.

The role requires a CPA or CMA as a preferred credential, a strong cost accounting background, ERP experience (Oracle/ Hyperion), and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available)
• Experience with cost accounting and BOM costing
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Own all accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the operation
• Partner with operations leadership to shape strategy, improve performance, and guide capital decisions
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls framework and keep audit-ready
