Job summary

Augmentis Group is representing a Fortune 500, NYSE-listed global leader in engineered products and advanced metals for aerospace, defense and industrial markets. The Plant Controller will own all accounting, controls, planning and analysis for the Kalamazoo site, partnering with operations leadership to shape strategy and drive performance.

We seek a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years in controllership (2+ in manufacturing), and strong US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
• MBA, CPA, and/or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the operation.
• Partner with operations leadership to shape strategy and improve performance.
• Guide capital expenditure decisions and track results against cases to ensure investments deliver.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit.
