Augmentis Group is seeking a Controller to own all accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for a manufacturing site in the United States. You will partner with operations leadership to shape strategy, improve performance, and guide capital decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 5+ years of controllership experience in manufacturing, with US work authorization. MBA/CPA/CMA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including manufacturing.
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Serve on the site Operations Leadership Team as the finance business partner and help shape strategy.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit.
• Design and monitor internal controls to align with the financial plan and GAAP.
• Coach and develop the site finance team and drive continuous improvement.
