Job summary

Augmentis Group seeks a Controller for a Fortune 500 manufacturing site, partnering with plant leadership to drive the financial agenda. You will own accounting, controls, planning, and analysis for the operation and collaborate to shape strategy and capital decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, 5+ years in finance with 2+ in manufacturing, and US work authorization. MBA/CPA/CMA and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
MBA, CPA, and/or CMA (preferred).
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP and planning systems, plus ability to build/run data queries.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Serve on site Operations Leadership Team as finance business partner as strategy is developed and executed.
Identify, analyze, and communicate key financial and operational drivers of site performance.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit.
Design and monitor internal controls to keep operations aligned with the financial plan.
Lead, coach, and develop the site finance team and collaborate with operations on capital decisions.
