Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads long-range strategic planning and organizational performance initiatives.
• Directs the Project Management Office and portfolio governance for enterprise projects.
• Drives organizational transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Leads research, analytics, and strategic insights to inform decisions.
• Engages stakeholders and manages cross-functional teams and resources.
