Job summary

Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County is seeking a visionary Head of Finance & Technology to drive financial strategy, scale back-office operations, and lead AI-enabled analytics for a multi-channel retailer.

Reporting to the President & CEO, this executive will modernize ERP, POS, payroll, and BI platforms, oversee GAAP reporting, and partner with the Board to optimize capital, operations, and environmental impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding financial strategy and executive decision making.
• Proven ability to scale finance and IT functions during growth.
• Strong governance, risk, and internal control discipline.
• Experience presenting to Boards and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategic financial direction and performance.
• Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and business-case development.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting and KPI dashboards across programs.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance in a multi-channel retail setting.
• Lead modernization of ERP, POS, payroll, and BI platforms.
